St. Nicholas of Myra to Visit St. James’

We have secured a visit from St. Nicholas of Myra on Sunday, Dec. 8th [Advent II], during all-three services for the day.

St. Nicholas’ Feast Day is December 6th—thus the reason for transferring the day to the 8th.

We will be gearing his arrival/appearance to each of the three (3) services; ie, 7:45 am Rite I and 11:00 am Rite II more history lesson and general banter w/ adults; while 9:00 am Rite II focused on children/youth.
